Aerosonic
Breathable stretch film with controlled perforation — engineered to let the load breathe and stop condensation.

Solid film traps heat and moisture against the load. The result: condensation, slow cooling, spoiled produce, rusting can crowns, peeling labels and rejected shipments.
A sealed plastic skin has no way to release water vapour or warm air. The load sweats inside its own wrap.
Aerosonic introduces a precise perforation pattern — large enough for controlled airflow, small enough to keep contaminants and pests out.
Rival perforated films can look identical on the roll. In use they are not: their holes do not open as the film is applied, because the film itself will not stretch — an inherent weakness in the material. The perforation you paid for never delivers the airflow it promises. Aerosonic is built the other way round — hole size and density are set to your load, not left to chance.

How to wrap with it
Because the reinforcing is built into these films, they need far fewer revolutions than ordinary wrap — plain or perforated, hand-applied or machine. Apply the inside face of the film to the goods: it has the better adhesion.
- Two revolutions at the base
Secure the load to the pallet before anything else.
- Spiral up with 20–30 mm overlap
One pass. The reinforcing carries the containment that extra revolutions would otherwise have to provide.
- Two revolutions at the top
Close the load off at the top layer.
- Tension to secure, not to crush
Enough tension to fully secure the load — over-tensioning can crush what is inside it.
- Heavy or unstable? Spiral back down
The criss-cross this creates gives extra stability on heavy or slippery loads.
- Finish with a clean cut
Cut or tear the film cleanly. There is enough tack to swipe the tail down by hand and have it hold.
